Highlights:

This collaborative program engaged senior secondary students in a multi week series of workshops designed to foster development and well being through cultural inclusiveness. More than 100 participants explored mediation concepts and practiced skills in communication, empathy, conflict resolution, and negotiation. The program culminated in a major role play exercise, where students applied their learning in a simulated school setting, integrating diverse perspectives and collaborative decision making.
